Default NT Password for Subscriber

When creating new Subscribers on Unity 4.0(2) either by bulk import or manually, what is the password set to? Is the password randomly set or is there a default all for users?

Default Windows account password set by Unity is 12345678

You can change the "Password for New Windows NT Accounts" for Subscriber Template.
