CUE Service Module cannot session into?

I have CUE 1.0 installed as a NM in a 3745 for which when I try to service-module service-Engine 4/0 session

Trying 192.168.6.1, 2129 ...

% Connection refused by remote host

I used to be able to do it and now I cannot?

Are there any commands that I can use to see why it is refusing me? I cannot show line, because its not a line.

Voice Mail works fine I just cannot CLI to the module?

There is a session active. Apparently there is no time out on this. Add a clear to the end of the command:

service-module service-Engine 4/0 session clear

Then try again.

That worked! Thanks. Since access to his is limited I will have to figure out who left a session open.
