Hello. I have the following issue:
If 2 phones are unlocked, messages between them come instantly. But when 1 of the phones has been locked for 15 minutes or more, upon sending a message to it, the push notification with this message comes with a delay of 4-8 minutes.
Please advise, what could be the problem?
Build:
UCM (14 version) + Expressway 14.2.7, MRA mode enabled.
