Deploying Public / Pay Phones with Cisco UC backend

Has anyone deployed any public access phones (pay phone type config?) using Cisco UC?  My particular application is in a Healthcare setting (hospital) but any industry could apply.

I have not seen this done.  Are you speaking of keeping them analog or moving them to digital?  I know existing analog types have a small modem in them for a central system to dial and make sure they are ok and when they need to collect the money.  We discussed putting an ISR in them so that they could dial back but it was to costly.
