Detailed certificate information

I'm trying to get all of the information that is in the certificate management list on CUCM OS admin with the addition of the serial number as I have lots of duplicates and need to sort this out.

Can someone tell me how i could get this via CLI?

I've referenced some of the tables from the old dbschema but not seeing all that i want/need.

Are you sure exactly what kind of duplicate it is? There are several important services in UCM, for example Tomcat and CallManager, which have their own trusted certificate chain, CallManager-trust and tomcat-trust, where Root CA + All Issuing CA certificates of your organization are imported, and they are needed there!
