The user has their email address in user management next to the DIRECTORY URI and MAIL ID.
I have had AD guys to do a re synch although his email address is showing in both places correctly.
When I am at the Directory Number Configuration and under Directory URIs his email does no automatically added.
it should show his email address and the Directory URI partition. I have tried adding manually and this is not working, so he is unable to automatically login to JABBER. Unless he goes to advanced settings which we dont want. The users not at that level.
