Our SIP phones have a considerable delay before they dial if we are calling a number from our call history or hitting the physical "VoiceMail" button. We do not have this issue on SCCP phones. I'm 99% sure that this is related to the fact that SCCP phones are sending each digit to CUCM for analysis, whereas SIP phones are analyzing patterns locally, but I need to be able to influence this. I have users that think that our VoiceMail system is down because they hit the VM button on their phone, and it takes about 15 seconds before their phone actually tries to dial CUCM.
