Good Day,
Right now, we are in a deployment for a client, but is seems we have hit a strange challenge.
From our Jabber for Windows, we have full directory integration (adding, deleting, calling information on and calling our contacts) in our Jabber contact list.
From our Jabber for mobile devices (Tested on iPhone, iPad and Android phone), we are only able to see the chat reference (UserID + domain) in our contact list.
We are unable to add users to our contact list, call more information on our contacts (in their profiles, we only see their chat references as name), or call them directly from our contact list. We can however search for contacts and get their full information using this method.
All of these devices were connected through MRA and it is our intention of keeping all of our directory connections using UDS.
Greetings,
Daan Meijer

Update: This issue has been fixed.
Our system tried to do an LDAP verification without reading our jabber-config.xml telling it to use UDS.
After adding it through BAT to every device individually, our Jabber did as it was told and our service is now working as intended.
