Directory Handler doesn't see SOME users

unity 4.04 SR1 on a CCM 4.12 for some reason SOME users are not being found by the directory handler.

We do have them set as listed, i've tried remove / save and re check / save that option.

i've confirmed the DTMF name in the subscriber table is right, but it still won't find that users.

any ideas?

open saweb to those subscriber pages and make sure that they have a recorded name.
