Is there a way to disbale phone control in CUPC 8? I have a user that is complaining about he computer ringing when she gets a phone call. I was easy in CUPC 7, but I can't find the correct place in CUPC 8.

Phone control in CUPC 8 is on the bottom of the app. It shows as a checkbox
stating Use my (phone type) for audio
If the setting is not there then the device may not be setup correctly. You need
to create the correct phone type on CUCM and setup the CCMCIP and audio
profiles on CUPS.

It is set to control the user's hard phone and has the check box to enable the soft phone. I want to set it not to control the hard phone, so that when the hard phone rings it does not ring on the computer.

Ah, so they want the phone on their PC but they don't want it to ring? Not
sure if their is a way to do that other than to turn the ring tone volume down
under options.
