Disable SSL on CallManager 5.1.2

Is there a way to disable https:// on callmanager 5.1?

Customer does not want to always choose yes to access the CCM page everytime he wants to login.

If SSL is used, make sure that the Require Secure Channel (SSL) value is unchecked. Choose Programs > Administrative Tools > Internet Services Manager > Default Web Site. Right-click AvXML. Uncheck the Require Secure Channel (SSL) check box in the Secure Communications dialog box.

Where should this be done? On the PC accessing CCM or the CCM server? Keep in mind this is callmanager 5.x (Linux)
