DND Problem

I have a receptionist whose phone is stuck on DND.  Her DND softkey no longer shows up and she claims she never used it when she had it.  After a call it just started showing the DND on the bottom of the screen and she can't take it out of that mode.  I have rebooted the phone and that did not fix it.

You don't mention what you use so I'll go with CUCM, you need to provide that information when posting.

You can just go to the device and uncheck the DND option, if the softkey is not showing, check the softkey template or feature policy depending on phone model.
