We are running CUCM 7.1.3.32900-4 and have two users that appear to have their DND feature automatically turn on without any user interaction. The DND behavior for both users are the same, DND feature can be turned off either on the device or by the admin and within 10 minutes the feature turns back on.
From what we have found so far, it seems to be linked to each user's Remote Destination Profile. We have deleted and recreated these profiles a few times, but have come up with the same results to no avail. We have also noticed that when the feature is automatically enabled it affects their Extension Mobility profiles as well.
We have replaced the devices with new ones thinking the problem may have been a faulty phone, but that was not the case. This has only affected 2 users out of about 500.
Has anyone else out there seen this problem?
