Does anyone have any good "easy to read" descriptions of features available in CUCM/Jabber/Unity Connection (latest versions) that I could provide to management outlining all that Cisco has to offer for voice? Other than data sheets from Cisco.

I would check with your Cisco AM, they would have some good PPTs/info for the executive team.
