Does already logged EM profile continue to work after changing CUCM "Prepare Cluster for Rollback to pre 8.0" Feature to true?

We are planning to regenerate the certificates on CUCM 9.x, as part of this i am planning to set the "Prepare Cluster for Rollback to pre 8.0" Feature to True, so that phones will get empty ITL files.

 

As per the Cisco document, when this feature is set to true, extension mobility service doesn't work. I am trying to understand, after changing this feature to true, the EM profiles which already logged in will be continued or get logged out?

Please help.
