Hi,
I would like know if Attendant Console support dual-line monitor. I'm having issue that is it:
I make call to hunt pilot number (7000) and it forward fine the call to the member of hunt group (DN 7779), but if at the same moment (that the DN 7779 is busy) i receive a second call at the pilot number 7000, i receive a busy tone, the second call isn't forward to second line (dual-line) at the member of hunt group (7779)
Doesn't Attendant console recognize the the IP-phone has dual-line at the same directory number ?
I use CCM 7.1.3

What do you mean by dual-line because your explanation really isn't clear, (neither the post title "dual-line monitor??????" or are you referring to dual-monitors????)
Do you have the same DN in 2 partitions in the same phone or what kind of configuration do you have?
Or are you trying to use call forward settings in the DN for calls from pilot point?
You also mention "I make call to hunt pilot" which AC DOES NOT use, AC uses Pilot Points. So, even more confusing.

Hi Java,
I'm sorry for don't be clear on my explanation. I'm Brazilian and i have
some mistakes in my written.
I'll try be more clear:
- I have a pilot point number 7000 (Attendant Console Feature).
- I have a DN 7779 that is member of Hunt Group. It is the only DN in Hunt
Group and there isn't other DN in other partition (it doesn't a shared
line).
- The DN 7779 has the follow options enable: Busy Trigger = 2 (The it can
be receive two call in the same DN 7779, at the same time, right ?)
-When i make a call to pilot point number 7000, it foward the call
correctly to DN 7779, but when the DN 7779 is busy with the first call and
i make a call to pilot point 7000 at this moment,
I receive a busy tone.
- It looks that the pilot point doesn't recognize that the parameter (Busy
Trigger = 2) is enable on DN 7779, it doesn't understand that DN 7779 can
receive two call at the same time.
I would like know if it is the correction function. Doesn't pilot point
recognize that a DN can receive two calls at the same time ?
Does it more clear for you now ?

Hi Evandro,
You are right on the money here my friend The AC Pilot Point does not recognise the "Busy trigger" setting on a Directory Number. You would need to add more lines to the Hunt Group and phone @ 7779 (it's usually recommended to use a 6-button phone for AC users), but don't forget these don't need to be DID lines. For example, really only the Pilot # 7000 needs to be reachable from the PSTN the other Line members can be local (Internal Only) numbers.
Say your DID range is xxx-xxx-7000 to xxx-xxx-7799, you could use the 4xxx range of numbers for Internal applications such as this.

Just more a question: Do you know if it on CCM 4.1.2 worked in another way
( Has AC Pilot point on CCM 4.1.2 recognised the "Busy Trigger" setting on
a Directory number) ?
I'm making this question because my customer sad that on CCM 4.1.2 it has
worked fine (AC Pilot Point recognised the "Busy Trigger" setting on a
Directory number) and now we've made a upgrade to CCM 7.1.3 and he says
that it should work in the same way as CCM 4.1.2.
I would like know your opinion.

Hi Evandro,
I never like to doubt the customer it is possible that this did work
with CCM 4.1(2). I have scoured all the documentation between 4.x and
7.x and don't see any mention of the type of change in behavior in relation
to the Busy trigger (with AC Pilot Points). The only thing that I can think of
is that the AC Members were once configured as "Line-only" members and
now they are "User+Line" members. This may impact the ability to transfer
multiple calls to one DN. Every config that I have seen/used worked with
multiple lines/line buttons as the base premise. Is there some reason this won't work
for this customer??
