I am trying to locate where my primary .wav files are located for my UC setup. Looking for the ones that play when my main line receives and answers a call. I have looked on the Unity Connections server and I only see very basic sounds like goodbye and beeping sounds, nothing that I have recorded and previously uploaded. I don't see anything under custom recordings. I also looked on my attendant console and I didn't see them there either. How can I find the location of these files? I do have an older browser with older java so I can access the jave hooks within the application. I can also SSH to the appliance if there is a way to pull them down that way too.
Thanks

Assuming you are indeed using CUC for your AA, then it's most likely going to be one of the greetings in a call handler, you need to determine the call flow to figure out where the call goes, and then find out what call handler has the recording.

Can you confirm that the only place those recordings would be is in the Call Management on the Unity Connections server and not on the CUBAC server? Yes, I am using Cisco AA. I can see and play "most" of them listed in Unity using the java plugin, there is only 10 total or so but nothing I am looking for. The couple files that I thought might have something download as 0 KB. Not sure if that is some sort of codec issue. Do you know how to find all the files via SSH if they aren't easily accessible via the web interface?
Thanks in advance

No, the one that can confirm that is you, who has access to your servers and your configuration to figure out the call flow and where the call lands when you dial. You might be getting that message from some other system, but the only one that can figure out that is you, who can review your configuration.

As JAVA mentioned, it will be on the call handler's Greetings.

Thank you for this! They make these things hard to find sometimes! Wasn't aware of the Greetings drop down.. Thanks again for the pictures showing exactly where that was.
