Hi,
I have a CallManager 7.x which is integrated with Asterisk IVR through SIP trunk. Whenever customer calls from outside to our main number IVR is automatically played from Asterisk IVR. When caller asked to press 1 to talk to the customer support representative it is not allowing and main menu will repeated again and again. This issue will exists only for few min and when customer calls back to the same number there will not be any problem. Please help me debugging this issue.
Please let me know if i have to run any debug commands in my MGCP gateway or pull out the logs from CallManager.

Mohammed, did you ever resolve this issue? We are seeing a similar issue at a client's location and the symptoms are the same.

Could you please let me know the following details?
1) Does the DTMF problem appears when we dial internally (from an IP Phone registered to the Cluster, not from the GW)?
2) Could you please let me know what is the DTMF preference on the SIP Trunk?
3) Does the SIP Trunk uses the MTP required checkbox?

Hi,
Look like the issue is taking place at Asterisk not CUCM.
1) What asterisk version you're working with?
2) How astreisk is receiving the call (T1, FXO, Sip Trunk)?
