Hello,
We use UCCX 7 for our call center. We do not use any of the e-mail queue functionality. However, I have just one single agent that periodically has the email not ready icon next to her name in the Supervisor Desktop (see attachment). It's not there all the time, and there doesn't appear to be any reason why it shows up. I've looked through all of the settings for the agents and in the script, and can't find anything that may be causing this. Any ideas where this may be coming from?

Hello,
i assume you are configuring the automatic work right , if so disable it and then from the cisco desktop administrator , don't lt the work buttons appear and give it a shot.
