Hello all ,
I have configured an E1 Controller on voice gateway but I have to edit the PRI group from 1-31 to 1-10 but after any restart to the router it reset again to 1-31 and the outgoing calls stopped so any solution for this issue I tried to save the config many times but it seems that every time the router restarted it get the configuration again from CUCM.
Regards

No, you're good without these command.
The ccm-manager config server command is used to specify the TFTP server from which the Media Gateway Control Protocol (MGCP) gateway downloads Cisco CallManager XML configuration files.

As it does seem that this is MGCP, you need to be aware that partial PRI is NOT supported with MGCP, plus, you also need to configure CUCM to only consider the DS0 channels you'll actually user.
