Emulating Octel Phone Menu/Conversation into Unity

We have Unity 4.0.5 replacing an Octel voice messaging system.

We want to minimize the learning of new phone menus for end users. Is it

possible to customize the Unity phone menu/conversation to be like Octel's or another

voice messaging system. Please advise.

Hello -

The conversation style is called Optional Conversation 1. In Unity 4.0(5), this can be changed on an individual subscriber setting, in the Conversation Style section OR

- Using Bulk Edit utility

- Creating a Subscriber Template and choosing this option in the Conversation. Then import/create users and apply this template.

We have been doing this since day 1 as we have 20+ Octel systems still in existence. If you still have Octel servers in your network, the Unity Bridge can be used to communicate between these servers and your Unity server.
