Hello,
I have unity 4.0.4 up and running. There are about 600 subscribers in the system.Customer just bought TTS license. How do I enable TTS without deleting the subscribers and re-add with the new TTS enabled subscriber template.
Thanks,
Radhika

It's enabled in the Class of Service the user's are associated with - certainly no need to delete the users and recreate them!
On the COs page, it's under the Features page - check the "Text-to-Speech for e-mail messages" box and it'll enable the feature for all users associated with that COS as long as you have enough the license applied properly.

No, that means you can only have 4 accessing a TTS session at any one time. If more than 4 folks try to access TTS resources, the 5th person will hear that we can't play that message right now and to try again later.
All the TTS vendors (all I know of anyway) license on a per session basis, not a per user basis.
