Entered wrong MAC address for TTS license

I have a customer who went to add more TTS licenses (they have 8 and tried to add 5 more) and entered an incorrect digit on the MAC address. Now, the installation doesn't finish. It gives some error message like 'the license can not be used for this machine because it is different then the MAC address' etc., etc. Trying to reinstall it only gives another message that it is already registered. What can be done about this? Any ideas? Can you uninstall the five new licenses and start over? This is Unity 4.03 with on box Exchange, Unified Messaging.

Thanks.

First open the license file in notepad. Check the mac address of the server and compare to the line in the license file "HOSTID=xxxxxxxxxx". These two must match. If not, contact licensing@cisco.com

When you open licensing, under Action, Install License, do you see the license file that has been installed?

Do you see 13 ( 8 + 5) "REALSPEAK sessions"? If yes, then the license has been installed succesfully.
