Hi Juan,

This usually means that the license mac for virtual builds or the Publisher

mac for MCS builds does not match the original license. If something was entered

incorrectly when you registered the PAK you need to contact

licensing@cisco.com

To have the new license re-hosted with the proper information

The cisco licensing team sent me the licenses and when uploading them I get this error.

When you contacted Licensing did you provide the actual "Licence MAC" from your CUCM Publisher?  On virtual installs it creates a synthetic MAC address which is not the same as the actual Ethernet MAC.   You can display it with the CLI command "show status".
