Error msg in Spark app when trying to view a whiteboard

I am using the Spark app (Version: 2.0.6054.0) in Windows 7.  When I click on one of the created whiteboards, I get the message - "Whiteboard requires a WebGL context" and the whiteboard does not load.  I updated my video driver and got the same message.  Any other suggestions?

Thanks,

Tucker

Most likely you are having the same issue we were with a few devices. Ours was due to the Display Link software from some Thinkpad usb docks. When Windows loads it sets the main adapter as the display link adapter, Spark then thinks the adapter only supports Opengl 1.0. If you have Display Link installed uninstall it and try again.

I have the same problem with the WebGL Context. My laptop don't use Display Link, i have the last drivers on my graphics card Intel HD Graphics 4000, supporting OpenGL 4.0. Windows 10, 64 bit.

anyone could help?
