Error Pass limit + extension has dissapeared

Hi,

so im getting an Error Pass Limit on one of my 7941 handsets, and the extension has also dissapeared. This seems to follow 1 particular user that is logged in, and only that user.

The user has been set up again on CM, assigned a different extension, altered the max numberof calls but still the problem persists.

Its call manager v10.5

Hi Ben,

if you have already tried reconfiguring the phone and Busy trigger/Max calls then the next step would be to delete all unassigned directory numbers by going to Call Routing > Route Plan report, see if that helps.
