"Server error. Error Data : Lock failure" I am getting the above error when i try to login to my attendant console . Any Suggestions ?

There are different types of attendant console options available that can be integrated with cucm so you should always provide the exact type of attendant console software that you are using and its version in the problem details. This error generally requires a reboot of the attendant console server followed by a restart of Tomcat service on CUCM ( utils service restart Cisco Tomcat ).

this cuac is not the poor built into cucm one, but the standalone cuac system so cannot see restart of cisco callmanager side helping
