Restored unity 3.13 from production to lab and upgrade it to 403. I got the error(in the attach) when run the CiscoUnity Services Configuration wizard from the CiscoUnity Installation and Configuration Assistant. Is this error because of the vilation of the license?The unity 4.03 is demo version. If not this, what else can cause this? (Btw, the scenario is Ex55 and NT with unified missaging)

GAEN (General Audio Error Notification) is an old service that isn't used any longee (it's replaced by the much nicer Event Monitoring Service in 4.x) - do you have the AvGAEN service enabled/configured? I'm not sure why the service configuration wizard would even care about this service at all, actually...

I did see this service running on the server. I disabled it but the error still there. I can't continue configuration. Is there a way to fix it?

hmmm... TAC will probably need to get hold of the log output and get it to someone who has visibility into the install process for that component. I'm not sure why the configuraiton wizard could care about the GAEN service at all (we've been telling folks to diable it due to various problems with it pretty much from day 1).
