Error with Adding Service Area, using Batch action in Prime provisioning

Prime collaboration provisioning 12.1 standard edition.

I am getting an error adding a service area using the AddServiceArea.txt .to a Prime Provisioning deployment.

The AddServiceArea.txt file looks as follows.

#AddServiceAreaTxt
>>OrderType UserID ProductName ServiceArea Domain Subscriber Type Call Processor Device Name Unified Presence Processor Device Name Common Device Config Location Partition Device Pool Unified Message Processor Device Name Subscriber Template Exchange Server Directory Number Blocks Voice Gateway References
addServiceArea icadmin WEBN CUCM11 Lab cucm-CiscoUnifiedCM imp-CiscoUnifiedPresence SKTN-LOC SKTN-DN-PT SKTN_DP ucn-CiscoUnityConnection voicemailusertemplate

When i try to run the batch action i get the following error;

Encountered the following error(s):
The device cucm-CiscoUnifiedCM does not exist.
The device imp-CiscoUnifiedPresence does not exist.
Analog Voice Gateway References to servicearea association failed - No Call Processor details found.
The device ucn-CiscoUnityConnection does not exist.

However I can manually add the service area using the GUI using the following;

call processor cucm-CiscoUnifiedCM,

presence processor imp-CiscoUnifiedPresence

Unified message processor ucn-CiscoUnityConnection

The names of the 3 processors are the same in both cases but the Batch action file will not work.

I will attach my batch action, and a screenshot of my manual configuration through the web gui of the service area.

How would i correct this error??

Hi. I did a quick test on my lab. Please use only the host name for the processors (call, presence and message). What I mean is use cucm instead of cucm-CiscoUnifiedCM (assuming cucm is the host name of your CUCM publisher). Same for the Presence Server and the CUC server. /Phil
