The RTMT Collect file is not traced, so I want to restart the system service.
Can restarting the daemon cause problems with the call service?

Restarting the trace services will not have an impact on users / calling features.

We are with the same problem and did restarting the services informated, but, didn´t solved. Are there another suggestion to solved this?

I ran the procedure to stop both services
Cisco Trace Collection Serviet
Cisco Trace Collection Service
It didn't solve my problem.
Is there any way to stop these two active log collections?
