export model number for ip phone

I tried to export file for ip phones from cucm but model numbers didn't appear on export file .. please help

Hi Ahmed.

A few things. First, what is it that you are tying to do? Are you just looking to see how many of each type of phone are installed in CUCM? Or, looking to do something different.

Second, What are the steps that you are taking to export the file mentioned in your question?

Ex. CUCM Admin Page > Bulk Administration > .....
