Hi,
CCM 4.1 to CUCM 10.5 migration is now in the process. We have the task to check CDR on CUCM 10.5 every 10 minutes, get the list of unanswered calls and save it in external DB. On CCM 4.1 get needed data from MSSQL was not a problem. Any idea how to do it on CUCM 10.5? It's possbile to get direct access to DB? Maybe there is a mechanism of export CDRs from CUCM?

You can have all CDR flat files transfered on SFTP Server. From there you can query to external db.
