Hello, I have problems with external incoming calls, when they dial a line or group of lines, the call is lost or cut off a few seconds after answering, my CUCM version is 12.5 Any idea what might be causing the problem.
A starting point I think would be to collect RTMT traces for one of your dropped calls. We had a similar report a few times from one particular customer, the traces all said the call ended by the phone going on-hook and it turned out to be a faulty phone (or faulty hook switch which amounts to the dame thing.)
