Got a weird problem with one of our systems installed; Let me explain :
When external callers want to leave a message on the CUE, the welcome prompt plays nicely, but the message cannot be left : always blank.
System versions used :
CUE v2.2.2
CCMv4.0(2)
c3825 (123-11.T2), gonna be upgraded tonight... for my h323 gateway to connect to the POTS.
The thing I cannot understand is : my voip dial-peer must be nicely configured, so must be the different voicemail parameters, since we can hear the welcome prompt asking the caller to leave a message...
I'll let you know if tonight's upgrade to v124-6.T2 resolved my problem, or if it did not.
