I want to Record and external to external call as follows :
First Stage of the call :
Customer Mobile Phone Calls the my ISDN/E1 PRI Number ----- E1 Line --- Voice Gateway ---- MGCP ---- CUCM Cluster ----- Cisco IP Phone 8841 (answer the call)
The Cisco IP Phone 8841 has BIB enabled and the call is recorded through the recording Solution
2nd Stage of the call :
Cisco IP phone 8841 do an external call forward all his mobile number through the same path.
Cisco IP phone 8841 ------ CUCM --MGCP-- VGW -- Mobile Phone (Sales Person) Working on site.
so the call is now :
Customer Mobile Phone --- Sales Person Mobile Phone.
we want to record this call , bearing in mind that MRA solution is not an option in this case ....
PS : how to keep a call leg in our system and record it ... don't want the call to leave the system.
