Finesse 11.6 - CUIC gadget error

Hello,

I have upgraded my UCCE platform from release 11.5 to 11.6

I am facing an issue in the Finesse desktop when displaying live data reports

The gadgets are displaying following message : Request to Server returned Forbidden

Live data datasource is ok, and I can display live data reports in CUIC without issue.

Hi David,

Hope you are doing well.

Today myself got this issue and fixed by providing enough permission to your supervisor to access CUIC reports in CUIC.

So, if your supervisor is 'Surper1' then login to CUIC with 'Super1' ID and check can you access Live data reports and historical reports. If you get permission issue then please provide me read/write permission in security-> User List tab. You will be get data in finesse gadgets.
