Only if you configure what the ANI of the user is sending as an alternate number.
And you would need to do that for every single user.
Otherwise, how do you expect CUC to know who is calling and just ask for the PIN?????
Save yourself trouble, tell them to press * to sign in and dial then subscriber and PIN.
