Forward calls from PSTN to Voice Mail

I am setting up an appointment for a DID extension to allow access to voicemail, this setup is working, but when I get to call the initial message is what informs the access to a directory of extensions, press * oh yes asks you to enter Pin code .

Would somehow fall straight draw when the option Pin code without having to type the *?

Only if you configure what the ANI of the user is sending as an alternate number.

And you would need to do that for every single user.

Otherwise, how do you expect CUC to know who is calling and just ask for the PIN?????

Save yourself trouble, tell them to press * to sign in and dial then subscriber and PIN.
