Forward direct calls to my coworker.

When some dials my direct number, 4340, I don't answer so the call goes to my voicemail. I would like to configure Unity to send that call to my coworker.

I know there are a ton of ways to forward a call to someone else.  However, I would like to be able to use Unity PCA to forward the calls. The Transfer option I see is only for indirect calls.  Meaning the caller gets to me by using the system directory or some other means other than dialing me directly.

You cannot do it from PCA, you would need to configure call routing rules to do that so they don't get to your VM first.

The call transfer you see is exactly that, someone (either dialing from an AA or automatically from a call handler) needs to transfer to your subscriber so they work, or you can configure the after-greeting action to send them to the other subscriber.
