Hello,
I installed CUCM and Cisco Unified Communications Manager IM and Presence 10.x, and Cisco Jabber 9.7.1
When i log in Cisco Jabber i have a few options:
Automatic
Cisco IM & Presence
Webex Messenger
CUCM
If i choose Cisco IM & Presence i dont have the options for call the contact and if choose only CUCM i only have chat
How can i have both?
Old version i only choose Cisco Unified Presence or Webex.
The CUCM and Cisco Unified Communications Manager IM and Presence are configured.
Can somebody help?

Choose Cisco IM&P that's it, if you don't get the option to make calls, there are several causes, all of them configuration
You don't have a CSF device, failed to associate device/line/user, not properly configured the services and service profile, or not assigning it to users, failure of LDAP resolution, user roles, etc.
Follow the J4W config guide by the letter, and it will work.
If you have worked with CUCM and IM&P 9, you should be able to make this work with the same config.

Im using UDS integration.
The CSF devices are associate with the end user. I create the Service Profiles too.
