Hi,
I have a call manager 4.x
This is my scenario:
1) user "A" has a CSS who can't make it able to do "long distance" call
I have to write an application where user "A" can specify a reason for a call and the destination number (long call)
It is possible to generate a long call (via software: with jtapi, webdialer or anyother) between user "A" forcing (or bypassing) CSS?
Thanks,
Danilo

You still have to contend with the CSS for any direct calls from the line (even with CTIQBE). Unless your app placed the call and then bridged/conferenced in the line. You can do this using normal call controls or leveraging phone APIs. Though, that can get pretty involved. Does your version of CM include FAC and CMC? If so, you may be able to leverage one or both of these facilities to meet the minimum requirements. You wouldn't need to develop an app for that.
HTH.
Regards,
Bill

I William,
many thanks for your reply but my account was stolen by someone.
I'm already working with Cisco abuse team to find the one like to kid with people identity!
Sorry for the drawback.

Danilo
