Getting Error While Fetching CDR details from CUCM 10.5.2.10000-5

Hi all,

I am facing an issue while fetching CDR details from CUCM. Attached snap. 

After getting details when i click on Send report -> Mail to send -> Entered Mail id -> Clicked Send -> getting error

Kindly help?

Didnt find Any option in Service parameter.. should i do any configuration for this.,?

Select the cucm server, then select Cisco callmanager service ( Active ) , then you will get a list of parameters.
