Getting Error while inserting Users-CUCM

I tried to upload some users and telephone number through bulk administration tool ,in that time i am getting error which i have attached .So please help me on it .

you should check if the passwords match the password rules applied at the LDAP server 

like password length, allowed characters, password complexity
