greeting heard with message

have unity 5.

have one user who when she leaves another user a message, the other user hears callers recorded greeting, then her message.

i tested with her and also hear her greeting in front of her message.

She is only user with this problem.

Any ideas would be appreceiated

Rob,

I have encountered this problem before. It is likely that the user has recorded their greeting in place of their recorded name. Have them dial into Unity and rerecord their name and greeting under personal settings.
