Greeting problem

Hi there, I've some issue with greetings configuration on a line. 

There is a greeting message recorded and operative on a line. When a phone calls the greeting starts and all work as it suppose to. 

While the first phone is hearing the greeting message (so the line is busy) if a second phone calls the same line it does not hear the greeting message, but the free line sound instead. I want the second phone in this scenario to hear the greeting message too. How can I configure it from CUC?

Start by mentioning what products (and versions are involved), and not just the problem. Provide the exact call flow for this.
