I am having trouble with this config

I can not get to the GUI page so I can Program The Main Greeting And Assign A VM to the User's Associated MailBox

Can Anyone Help. Thanks IN Advance

Did you install the CME GUI files?

Other thing put this commands on the global config mode:

ip http server

ip http path flash:

Try to access the CME

http:///ccme.html

Can you post the output of this command:

yes i enabled the command. I can get to the http://10.25.50.1/ccme.html page

but thats not the page im looking for

I need to get to the page that lets me access th auto attendant and scripts, and voicemail, etc

I can not ping the service module ip either. I am still stuck on this

What is the solution for voice mail are you using? CUE?

yes i have to log in using the cue from the cli by entering

service-module integraeed services 0/0 something like this and then i can access th ecue

so i guess if i can get some cli commands to configure the Auto Attendant. but I do not want to record the wav file and then upload it if i do not have to

I would prefer to use one of the phones and dial an extension and save the message that way and then set the recorded message as the new aef file

Kevin you can use the Greeting Management System of CUE.

"In the place of the GUI or command line interface (CLI) in order to upload or download audio files generated on a separate system, the GMS allows you to use your phone to record or delete audio files directly in the Cisco Unity Express file system. Cisco advises that you use the GMS to record greeting files and prompts as it generates higher-quality audio files. The GMS is a Cisco Unity Express system script that is initiated when you dial a number configured through the Cisco Unity Express Initialization Wizard or through the GUI or CLI. You can identify the GMS by the

promptmgmt

application in Cisco Unity Express."
