help,cannot access unity system administrator

I'm try to launch unity system admin or input'http://localhost/web/sa'to access unity administrator,but fail.

error infomation:"Access denied,

Your class of service prohibits you from accessing the Cisco Unity System Administration"

my unity version:unity4.0(4),user:administrator.

please tell me how can I do it now.

substitute x with the drive that unity is installed on

substitute MyDOMAIN with the domain that you are using.

u can use 'grantunityaccess.exe' to add a new administrator to access unity

I already following above messages but cannot access SA web page.It display messages

"Your Exchange Domain Account [Mydomain\unityadmin] is associated with multiple Cisco Unity Subscribers."

Please select the subscriber as whom you wish to sign in.

Make sure that the subscriber has the right COS applied to the his unity account!
