Help on Voice conferencing on Cisco Callmanger Express 4.2 system using a P

I have connected using an FXS port on a cisco call manager express 2811 ISR an analog Polycom conference SoundSation. I need to configure the system to support initiating a conference call to other cisco ip Phones within the branch office and also to other phone users over an H323 connection at the HQ.

What version of IOS will allow me issue the conference hardware command under telephony-service config on the Call manager express?
