Shoretel is a minor player so Cisco probably doesnt have a presentation against it, as they have for E.g. Avaya or the late Nortel.

One thing that works at times, when they go to the car rental in airport, any Gov.mnt office, Bank, or any other major business, which phones do they see more frequrntly being used? And ask if the user are happy about it.
