HI PLS i have issue with cisco cucm  version: 10.5.1.10000-7. when do call from out and type extension no not ring als i do remote destination work for 3 hour after return same issue  when i do any chenge i extension profile  and got call for out ring after some time return not work

Can you please specify a little bit more what´s going on?
Is this a new installation or it was working before?
What´s the exact call flow? PSTN----GATEWAY (SIP/H323)----CUCM---PHONE??

Thanks for your reply for example when call from mobile to cucm line and extension 1030 not transfer this call to ext 1030

when i do any updare in remote destination profile and test transfer call to ext 1030 after some while return again not transfer this call to ext 1030
