Hold unhold issue while getting sip call on ip communicator

I am facing issue that when a sip call cater by a IP communicator (CUCM 7.5) its working fine but when agent unhold a hold call, Call automatically disconnected. we are having architecture SIP device-------- voice gateway-------------CUPS ------CVP ---------ICM--------CUCM.
